Where do you ship from?
We are sending all our products from Peru with Express Mail Service (EMS).
Can I cancel/modify my order once it has been submitted?
If you find a mistake in your order, we suggested you ask us to cancel the current order right away and create a new one. Be aware that we can’t cancel an order once it’s shipped.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and shipping information.
Are shipping fees refundable?
No. All shipping costs, including returns costs are non-refundable.
How long does it take to get my package?
Due to COVID-19, orders shipped may arrive later than our standard delivery time of 10 to 15 business days. For the time being, orders are not expedited on weekends and statutory holidays.
Please note that orders cannot be shipped to a P.O. box.
